On the 1st of January 2004 the Legislative Decree No 196 of the 30th of June 2003 (“Personal data protection Code”) entered into force, replacing the Law No 675 of the 31st of December 1996 and many other law and regulation provisions. This Code guarantees that processing of personal data will be carried out in compliance with fundamental rights and freedom of individuals, as well as of their dignity, with particular reference to confidentiality, personal identity and to the right to personal data protection. Pursuant to article 13 of the Code, we inform you that your personal data, in accordance with the above mentioned law and with the confidentiality obligation that inspires Artigiana Arredo di Bastianelli Giorgio & C. S.A.S. (Artigiana Arredo hereafter), will be treated following the dispositions of the article 4, clause 1, letter a) (“the Treatment”) of the Code. In particular, we wish to inform you of the following:

Any information you supply to Artigiana Arredo shall be processed for the following purposes:
- To carry out the requested service and for the handling of the purchase order of the products

3. Dissemination and transfer of the data abroad
Your personal data will not be disseminated, nor transferred abroad.
4. Methods of data processing
All personal data is processed correctly and lawfully, in order to ensure their privacy and safety. The processing takes place by manual, information and telematic instruments, by procedures and logics correlated with the purposes thereof.
5. Data subject’s rights
As far as the processing of personal data is concerned, the data subject enjoys the rights mentioned in article 7 of the Code. Among them, we would like to remind you of the following:
1. The data subject is entitled to get confirmation about the existence or non-existence of personal data concerning him/her, although not yet registered, and to their communication in an intelligible form.
2. The data subject is entitled to be informed about:
a) the source of the personal data;
b) purposes and means of processing the data;
c) the software used in case the data is processed by using electronic devices;
d) the identity of the Owner, the data processors and the designated representatives;
e) any subject or category to whom the personal data may be disclosed or that may gain knowledge of the data as designated representatives of the State, processing officers, or processors.
a) the update, correction or the integration of the data if needed;
b) the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or block of the data in the event of unlawful processing or in case the conservation of those data is not required anymore for the purposes they had been collected and processed.
c) confirmation that the operations mentioned in points a) and b) have been brought to the attention of those to whom the data has been disclosed, even with reference to their contents, except the case the notification proves impossible or requires the use of means clearly disproportionate to the right being protected;
a) for legitimate reasons to the processing of personal data, even if pertinent to the purpose of collection;
b) to the processing of personal data for the dispatch of advertising or direct sales material or for the conduction of market research or business information.
